Requirements BEFORE Coming
To receive early equipment, the following items must be completed/uploaded ahead of time:

  • Your WYFL account must be paid in full
  • Completed physical must be uploaded to your account
    WYFL Physical Form
  • NEW THIS YEAR: Proof of residency must be uploaded to your account
    Examples: utility bill, bank statement, etc.
    Must show:
    • Current address
    • Dated within the last 60 days

What to Bring

  • A CHECK for $250, post-dated to 12/1/2026
    🡺 We will ONLY accept checks for the equipment deposit
  •  Please fill out the Equipment Checkout Sheet prior to coming to equipment pickup.

If your athlete is unable to attend, a parent, coach, or trusted family/friend may pick up equipment on their behalf as long as all required paperwork and forms have been completed ahead of time.

Practice Gear
Practice jerseys and practice pants will also be available for purchase at both equipment pickup dates.

⮕ This will be the final equipment pickup date. You must make arrangements to pick up equipment on either June 3 or July 8. We will not be able to accommodate individual helmet or equipment pickup requests outside of these scheduled dates.

💥 To upload a form to an account:

 1. go to westlakeyouthfootball.com

2. login to your account

3. click on "my account" in the upper left corner

4. click on "members"

5. select the pencil icon next to the player's name

6. scroll down to Physical Form or Proof of Residency and click "select"

7. upload the photo of your player's form (physical - make sure it is the page with the doctor's clearance)

8. click "save" - this MUST be done or the form will not save in your player's account.
